Results aren't.  We plan the work. We work the plan. Most of the women who find me have already tried a lot of things. They're not looking for another program. They're looking for a reason to believe this time will be different.

  • Stay in it. That's the whole answer. The moment most women pull away from coaching is the exact moment they need it most. They don't disappear when things are going well. They disappear when execution slips, when life gets hard, when things feel off β€” and delaying a check-in or ghosting your Coach doesn't fix the problem. It delays the adjustment. And that delay is where progress gets lost. The women who see the best results aren't perfect. They're responsive. They stay in communication. They let us adjust in real time. They don't wait until they feel "back on track" to show up.  Don't disappear. Stay in it. That's how results actually happen.

  • Most programs hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out. I don't. I look at your numbers weekly. I adjust your macros based on what's actually happening. I watch your form videos and give real feedback. You have direct access to me between check-ins. This is high-touch, not high-volume.

  • That's actually who I work with best. Most of my clients have been at this for years. The difference here: I'm looking at YOUR data and adjusting YOUR plan every week. You're not following a template and hoping for the best.

  • Commercial gym or full home gym is ideal β€” but I build around what you have. Full gym, home setup, dumbbells only. We work with what you've got.

  • I3–5 training sessions. Tracking food takes a few minutes a day once you get the hang of it. Weekly check-ins are 10–15 minutes. This isn't meant to take over your life β€” it's meant to fit into it.

  • We build around your life, not the other way around. If things shift mid-program, we adjust. That's the whole point.

  • Programming via TrueCoach. Nutrition Tracking via MyFitnessPal, MyMacros+, Cronometer, Lose It, etc. You get to pick!

  • Most of my clients stay on. Once we've built the foundation, we can shift into maintenance, push toward new goals, or transition you to a lighter-touch option. We figure out what makes sense when we get there.

  • We'll determine this through your application and our initial consultation. It has to work both ways.
